5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We will share your information with third parties only in the ways described in this Privacy Policy.

6. COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE

We use a single cookie, which is strictly necessary to keep you logged in to your account. We also store certain preferences, such as sound and display settings, in your browser's local storage. If we are unable to create an account based on the date of birth entered during registration, we store a flag in your browser's local storage recording only that fact; it does not include your date of birth, and it is never sent to our servers. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

7. YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may request that we provide access to, correct, restrict or stop processing, or delete your personal information. To make a request, please send an email to [email protected] from the email address associated with your account, and we shall consider your request and respond accordingly.

9. CHILDREN

We do not use our Online Services to knowingly solicit information from, or market to, children under the age of 13. Before an account can be registered, we ask for the user's date of birth. This age check takes place entirely within the user's browser: the date of birth is never sent to our servers, and we do not collect or store it. If the date of birth entered indicates that the user is under the age of 13, no account is created and no information is sent to us. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that we might have any information from or about a child under the age of 13, please contact us at [email protected].
